The second of the Next Generation Dairying Conferences sponsored by the Hannah Dairy Research Foundation will be held at the Moredun Institute (Edinburgh) on Monday and Tuesday 25th and 26th November.
The main theme for the Workshop is local and global consumers, and we shall examine how dairy can meet the nutritional needs of different consumers. The Workshop is relevant to dairy researchers as well as to the broader dairy industry including farmers, processors and retailers as well as to consumer groups.
Younger researchers are encouraged to submit abstracts (on any topic relevant to dairying) and take part in the Open Research Communications session. There will also be a session dedicated to the research projects recently or currently funded by HDRF Small Project Grants.
This will be a prestigious international event and attendance will be by invitation only. Anyone with relevant interests is invited to register their interest in attending, using the form below. Please complete the form carefully as it will be used for your registration if you are invited to attend
