How to Register

How to Log In
  • Only registered users can log in
  • If not already registered, authors will be registered automatically when they submit
  • If not already registered, Peer Reviewers will be registered automatically when they are asked to Peer Review
  • Anyone can also request to be registered: details
  • Registration is one time only, but once you are registered you can change your password whenever you wish to
  • The log in button is on the main menu bar, at the right hand side
  • Enter your email, then your password
  • The log in page that appears allows you access to specific restricted pages, such as manuscripts under review
  • You can go to this page at any time once you are logged in by choosing "My Account"
  • Here's what to do:

Usernames and passwords

  • Your username is your email address
  • Passwords must be minimum 8 characters
  • If you are an author or reviewer and we have set your password for you, it will be the same as the manuscript code, eg smith1234 (all lower case)
  • You may change your password at any time by choosing "Reset Password" at log in   

Conference delegates

  • The same log-in information applies
  • You will have been invited to set your own password
  • Use "Reset Password" at log in if you have forgotten it

Emergency log in

Some browsers do not display the log in button. We believe that this is a language problem. To bring up the log in menu, click here. The usual username and password entry menu will appear.
